iBidLogistics Simplified Way to Procure Login
Platform

One system from the dispatch plan to the settled invoice

Every load moves through the same pipeline — planned, bid on, allotted, tracked, delivered, invoiced — and every stage hands the next one its data, so nothing gets re-keyed and nothing gets lost between a spreadsheet and a phone call.

End to end

The lifecycle of one load

Six stages, each a real state change the platform records — not a status someone updates from memory.

  1. Plan the dispatch

A plan carries as many drop-off stops as the route needs, in visit order, and a stop can be collected from several pick-up locations. Order lines are optional, so a plan can record just "collect here, deliver there" before the order detail is known. Plans cover outbound movement from your own site, inbound collection from a supplier, and out-to-out movement where neither end is yours.

  2. Put it out to bid

Publish the freight to the transporters you choose. Run it as a live auction open now, schedule a future auction to open later, or skip bidding with a direct award to one transporter at a price you set.

  3. Negotiate and allot

Transporters bid the price down, each bid required to beat the current best, and every participant sees the field move as it happens. Award to the lowest bid, or send one transporter a counter-offer at your price — they accept, which awards it immediately, or reject and the auction carries on.

  4. Assign the vehicle

The transporter assigns a vehicle and driver from their fleet. Registration and driving-licence details are verified against the government's Vahan database when the vehicle is added, not taken on trust.

  5. Track it live

The trip opens once the vehicle is assigned and moves through vehicle assigned, reported at gate, loading, in transit, reached destination. Position is reported from the driver's phone; arrival at each stop is detected by geofencing that stop's pin code, so a leg can close without anyone pressing a button.

  6. Deliver and settle

Proof of delivery is captured per stop from the app, and a multi-stop trip only closes once every drop is accounted for. The transporter then raises the invoice against the completed trip, checked against what actually moved before it is approved.

Procurement

Four ways to price a load

Not every load needs a full auction — the platform supports how you actually negotiate.

Direct

Awarded to one nominated transporter at a price you set. No bidding — for a lane with one carrier you already trust.

Live auction

Open now. Invited transporters bid the price down in real time until you close it and allot.

Future auction

Scheduled to open later, for freight you know about ahead of the loading date.

Counter-offer

On a live auction, send one transporter a specific price. They accept — awarding it immediately — or reject, leaving the auction running for everyone else.

Visibility

Where the truck is, without asking

A trip's status is a fact the system observed, not a message someone sent.

Pin-code geofencing

Every stop on a plan carries a compulsory pin code. When the driver's reported position enters that pin code's area, the platform detects arrival on its own — the stop advances without the driver or the office marking it manually. The same pin code drives proof-of-delivery capture, so the record of "arrived" and the record of "delivered" are tied to the same place.

Multi-drop trips

A trip with several drop-offs tracks each one independently. Proof of delivery is captured stop by stop, and the trip as a whole only closes once every drop has its proof on file — so a partially delivered load can't silently show as complete.

The feature set

What's built in

Live reverse auctions

Bids stream to every participant as they land, so the room always agrees on the current best price.

GPS tracking & geofencing

Arrival at each stop is detected from the stop's pin code, so a leg can close without anyone pressing a button.

Digital proof of delivery

Captured per stop on a multi-drop trip, so a trip only closes once every drop is accounted for.

Analytics & registers

Spend, savings, on-time performance and transporter comparisons, exportable to Excel and PDF. See the analytics page →

Fleet & driver records

Vehicle registrations and driving licences verified against Vahan when a vehicle is added.

Invoicing & settlement

Invoices are raised against completed trips and checked against what was actually delivered before approval.
